Pre-orders
If an item is a pre-order, it will be clearly indicated in the product description. Once the pre-order window closes, production will begin, and the timeline for completion is outlined in the product details. After production, the item will be shipped to us, and we request an additional 3-5 business days to carefully pack and fulfill all orders. Pre-order updates, including any changes or delays, will be sent to you via email and shared on our Instagram @project__deviant.
